Henry issued a new order for the province on March 21, effective on the same date, to shut down all personal service establishments until further notice, such as hair and nail salons, tattoo parlours and spas, in order to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Previously, she also ordered all restaurants across the province to cease dine-in operations as the province announced 77 new cases of the novel coronavirus, for a new total of 348.
Henry said there are now 22 people in hospital, 10 of them in intensive care.
